General

• Presentation of the Sustainability Task Force (and air miles project) at the MAV in May 2020
• "Sustainability" as topic of the group leader retreat in September 2020 
• Presentation of the GIUZ Sustainability Award at the MAV in November 2020
• Our group is represented at the MNF Sustainability Committee since November 2020 (through Annina Michel)

Department life

• Information slides on best practices on GIUZ infos screens
• Recycled paper now used for all printers at GIUZ
• Developing a questionnaire regarding food pick-up point at Irchel Campus from logal agri cooperatives

Air miles

• Collection of air miles through secretariats for 2017-2019
• Setting the goal to reduce GIUZ air miles by 25% until 2025.
• First report of the air miles group sent to the Direktion in November 2020

Outreach

• Several posts in the GIUZ Anniversary Blog, many of them were also further featured through the UZH Sustainability Newsletter
• Creation of a sub-page on the GIUZ website about our activities (incl. minutes of the meetings)
• Developing thoughts about organizing a sustainability course
• Whiteboard in the GIUZ coffee room to inform about different sustainability issues
